Responsibilities
You are the perfect candidate if you know how to:
- Establishing sources to generate candidate pools from
- Screen submitted CVs on a daily basis
- Interview qualified candidates throughout the day
- Schedule interviews according to the interview processes
- Maintain a work calendar with peers
- Maintain a good portfolio with the candidates
- Sending and filing offer letters and agreements
Qualifications
To join our team of Owlers:
- English Fluency: C2 / Native
- Minimum 2+ years as an offshore/outsourcing recruiter (Medical billing recruitment experience is a MUST)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Result-driven with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 10 AM to 7 PM
